Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order the country to which they're being delivered. All ordered are shipped from the United Kingdom.

 

If you've not received your order after 45 days from shipping,  please email shop@cultaholicshop.com for investigation.

 

Orders outside of the UK will take up to one month to arrive. Please note that some local post services worldwide might be affected by delays during the ongoing global issues. Because of this, we cannot investigate a shipment as 'lost' until 45 days in the UK and 60 days worldwide.

If your delivery is returned to us having not been collected by you from your post collection point (in the event that you're not home upon attempted delivery) it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange to pay the postage fee again and re-arrange delivery. We will hold onto returned packages for 90 days.

Shipping dates are estimates and we may ship later than this in the event of unexpected delay. No refunds would be given should we need to ship later than expected.

 

Orders are not sent via a tracked service unless this is requested and paid for before an order is shipped. If you would like to request your item is sent via a tracked service then please contact our customer service team at shop@cultaholicshop.com.
